Toit-O-Sol inc. only guarantees its on-the-ground roof assembly method insofar that each and every assembly condition has been respected in full, without modification, in compliance with the standards and steps described in more detail on this DVD. Toit-O-Sol inc. is in no way responsible for damage to property or people resulting in whole or in part from the non-compliant use of its on-the-ground roof assembly method. Furthermore, under no circumstances can Toit-O-Sol inc. be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for the quality of the construction work, the material used or the installation of such roofs. Given what precedes, Toit-O-Sol’s contractual or extra-contractual responsibility can under no circumstances be retained or sought by the purchaser or user of this DVD following non-compliant use of its on-the-ground roof assembly method.
